IRS 990 Extension

As we had hoped and anticipated, the IRS has extended the deadline for 990 due dates. Despite the six-month grace period, it is still a good time to remain on top of compliance tasks, such as 990s.

When you are ready to start the conversation or process, contact BryteBridge Nonprofit Solutions to help prepare and file yours! Organizations that make less than $50,000 and do not plan on applying for grant opportunities may file form 990N for only $149.00 with BryteBridge Nonprofit Solutions. Contact us by May 15th to take advantage of this special rate.

If you are wondering what your extension date is, you may reference the table and link to the IRS page below. If a due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the due date is delayed until the next business day.  The table does not reflect the additional day.
