Vilma Rivera works at our front desk managing all phone calls, invoices, and mail-outs. She is also responsible for conducting our Live Chat and assessing all of our clients’ needs accordingly with the most appropriate business and/or service consultant.
Prior to working at BizCentral USA, Vilma worked in many diverse tiers of customer care and has perfected the art of servicing our customers. She has a passion for assisting and seeing problems through, no matter the adversity. Currently attending University of Central Florida for the science of Psychology, she puts a very personable touch on her care for customers.
