Jonathan has extensive experience in customer service, marketing and communications. Jonathan is an avid amateur cook, home brewer and sports fan.

Michael started his career as a recognition consultant for nonprofits and has consulted on projects all over the United States and Canada. With over 8 years experience working hands on with non-profits and small businesses Michael has excelled in his field with extensive sales portfolio. His diverse track record greatly contributes to BizCentral USA’s ability to help your small business or nonprofit reach its full potential. Michael attended the University of Pittsburgh and has received industry specific training and mentorship.

Customer Service

Leslie Hege has over 6 years experience in the Retail Industry and Hospitality Industry with an emphasis on customer service. Leslie is a Graduate of Grace College, in Indiana where completed her B.A in Communications. She was heavily involved in the student life organizations. At BizCentral USA she supports our clients needing services in Grant writing and business development.

Mario O'neill Jr. has over 20 years experience in Office Automation and customer service as well as computer networks. Started his career in Wall Street dealing in all aspects of floor and back office operations at the New York Stock Exchange. He moved to Information Technology and now has over 25 years in this field. Attended many technical schools such as Global Knowledge, and some courses in NYU University. At Bizcentral USA he is part of our customer care group and handles collections. Fully Bi-lingual.

Nicole comes to us with experience in a variety of communication sectors including; Marketing, Public Relations and Journalism. Previously, Nicole performed marketing and public relation services for a variety of small business clients in the ‘Green’ niche Industry. Using her experience in broadcast journalism, Nicole has perfected her writing abilities and seamlessly integrated them with her marketing and public relation skills. Nicole is currently responsible for the overall marketing goals and initiatives for BizCentralUSA. Nicole graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Accounting Coordinator

Has majored in Business Administration and Finance. Experienced in the 501c3 application process for all types of tax exempt organizations.  Also experienced in state and sales tax exemptions, incorporating organizations, preparing bylaws, charity registrations, writing business plans, and for profit business certifications.

Jennifer Nelson

Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pacific Union College with a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations/Journalism and a Minor in Business. Jennifer was the first communications intern accepted at Hilton Grand Vacations. In addition, Jennifer previously worked with several local nonprofits creating marketing materials such as newsletters, donation letters, and promotional DVDs. Jennifer is currently responsible for writing business plans and marketing plans. She uses her extended knowledge of communication research methods to find high quality industry and demographic information to create cutting-edge plans.

Rebecca Robbins

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Tampa in 2006. Following college, Rebecca worked for non-profits focusing on substance abuse and youth in the Greater Orlando area. Rebecca enjoys volunteering her time to various children’s organizations, primarily focusing on Autism. Rebecca is a service consultant for start up non-profits.

Ryan Peach
Business Consultant

Ryan received a B.S. in Marketing, with honors, from the Franklin University. He has extensive non-profit and marketing experience. Ryan was greatly involved with community outreach and volunteer work while in college. He is now an important part servicing the clients of BizCentral USA.

Michael Ingelsby
Business Consultant

Mike comes from an extensive professional background in banking and finance. His 15 year professional career involved time devoted as a senior loan consultant for national mortgage companies. Additionally Mike became well versed in tax codes while simultaneously working as a Tax Preparation Clerk for Jackson Hewitt, and Tax Examining clerk for the IRS! As Mike progressed through his career, he found adequate room to expand as a retail banker with PNC Bank, which led him to recognize the value of eventually becoming self employed as a real estate investor. Mike has joined our team to share his expertise in business start up, background in finance, and planning for success.

Nina Yvette Lopez

Nina received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Spanish. Throughout her college experience she was actively involved with Student Life Organizations and volunteered for various service projects. She received her BA from Judson University in 2009 which is located just outside of Chicago, IL. Being a recent graduate she is anxiously looking forward to what life will bring her. Nina enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and reading a good book.
